The plot measures 2650 m². The house is surrounded by a large garden with tennis court & petanque court on the estate, all within walking distance.

There is a 10m by 4m swimming pool with pool house and bar surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with 6 sunbeds

There is parking space for 4 to 5 cars in front of the house.

The covered outdoor terrace is equipped with a large log table (8 to 14 people)

Another terrace adjacent to the kitchen with BBQ has a small table for 4. The kitchen itself has a small table for 4 persons.

A separate dining area inside can seat 8 to 12 people.

The most beautiful spot in the garden has a table for 6 where one can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Massif de L'Estérel.
